Afternoon:

  • Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple:

    • Visit the Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and one of the holiest temples for Hindus. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and it’s believed to be the place where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva to absolve himself of sins.
    • Explore the Temple: Don’t miss the grand 1,200-pillar hall, the sacred Agni Theertham, and the holy Tirtha (the temple wells where devotees take a holy dip).
